Nishith Parikh is the Co-Founder of Equilibrium Mortgage Solutions, and the owner and CEO of Kwik Mortgage. A seasoned mortgage professional, his decades long industry expertise spans virtually every aspect of the home loan process. As a former Business Analyst for the NASDAQ and Merrill Lynch, Nish became an astute problem solver, giving him a solid foundation to guide Equilibrium as an emerging market leader.

Nishith holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University with graduate level coursework in Management Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Paul Campbell is Executive Vice President, National Manager of Distributed Retail Lending at Kwik Mortgage and Co-Founder of Equilibrium Mortgage Solutions. As an accomplished mortgage lending professional since 1991, he has experience in mortgage operations management, sales management, business development, loan processing, loan funding, wholesale lending, and correspondent lending. 

Paul has held key management positions at Chase Bank, U.S. Bank, Mountain West Financial, Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, Washington Mutual, and Countrywide Home Loans, successfully developing new business and delivering mortgage services across National Platforms. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of La Verne.
